I work with infrastructure and networking, mostly Linux servers, containers, and anything that involves moving packets from point A to point B. By day I deal with distributed systems; in my spare time I run a small VPS in Amsterdam where I experiment with self-hosted services and test configurations I would not risk in production.

This site is a collection of notes from those experiments. If something took me more than an hour to figure out, I write it down here so I do not have to figure it out again. Hopefully some of it is useful to others as well.

You can check the server performance at speed.packetlog.org. The source for most of my projects is on GitHub.
